It’s official! The state of Montana is becoming recreationally legal on January 1st, 2022 after being legal strictly for medical purposes since 2004. The majority of Americans have legal access to cannabis in their state, whether it is medical or both medical and recreational cannabis. As cannabis becomes more mainstream, more and more states are legalizing cannabis and we may very well see this trend of cannabis legalization continue.
